The win's for skin & the stuff to bin!

Ever look at the back of face cleansers or creams and begin to feel your brain instantaneously start numbing as it attempts to comprehend what the heck any of the ingredients are?! We know THAT exact feeling. And it sucks! 

At Health Lab we are as honest as we can be with what we put in our products! Heck, we’ve recently placed all our uncomplicated ingredients on the very front of the packaging! We believe you deserve the right to know what you’re putting into your body so we’re happy to let you know. So why then do skincare brands make it so dang difficult to decipher what you’re putting on your face?!

To put an end to all this confusing mumbo-jumbo, we’ve devised a glorious list so our babes know what to look out for the next time they’re confronted with the ever-confusing skincare isle. Now this ain’t no ‘standard’ list. Oh no, this is one wildly honesty, alphabetised chart of the Pros and the No’s you can whip out any time doubts start arising the moment you think you’re getting skincare stooged by *clever product labelling (*clever in a way that’s super not clever. Like Einstein clever, but the total opposite).

PLUS- because we’re so honest- we also have the fancy pants names of the ‘generic’ ingredient so you know what to avoid!

See the difference? The “Win’s for Skin” are also a win for pronunciation! If there’s anything you’ve learnt from seeing the ingredients lists, we hope it’s that the things you can actually say are the ones to opt for! The more natural, the more HONEST ingredients are the ones we trust.
