What products are involved in the recall? +
Health Lab Kid’s Mylk Zillions, Whyte Zillions, Mixed Kwalas.

Why are these products being recalled? +
The recall is due to traces of milk being detected in these products. 

Where were these items being sold? +
They have been available for sale in select Woolworths, Big W and Independent grocery stores.

Are these still safe to consume? +
Consumers who have a milk allergy or milk intolerance should not consume this product and should return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund..

How do I know if my purchase is affected? +
You can check the back stamp on the bottom left of each box, any items with a date stamp of 23 August 2022 or 23 October 2022 and the batch numbers 0112 or 0113 are the affected batches.

Are the other Health Lab Kids products affected? +
No. Our Kokonut Ruffs and Karamel Krunch Kwalas are safe for consumption. Please always refer to the ingredients list and may contain call outs to ensure they are suitable for you or your child. 

What do I do next? +
Consumers who have a milk allergy or intolerance should not consume this product and should return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.

How did this happen? +
We are currently working closely with the Victorian Department of Health and the Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) to investigate how this event occurred and manage this recall process.

The remainder of our Health Lab and Health Lad Kids collections are without contamination. Please always read the ingredient list and may contain call outs to ensure they are suitable for any allergies or intolerances.
