Bulletproof coffee combines coffee, unsalted, grass-fed butter, as well as MCT or XCT oil. Both of these oils are full of caprylic acid, which is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral, which carries many health benefits.
To make it, all you do is put the ingredients in a blender and whizz them up until they have the consistency of about a latte.
