There’s an undeniable serenity about Lindy Klim. It’s not just the effortless style or the Bali-meets-Melbourne glow - it’s the calm, cultivated presence of someone who has redefined what wellness means on her own terms. A model, entrepreneur, and mother of four, Lindy is no stranger to the demands of a full, fast-paced life, yet she embodies a grounded, graceful approach to wellbeing that feels both accessible and aspirational.
In conversation with our founder Jess Thomas, Lindy peeled back the layers of her wellness philosophy - rooted not in perfection or performance, but in rhythm, ritual, and self-respect, and in the quiet rituals that allow her to reconnect with her body, mind, and energy.
Wellness is a Non-Negotiable
For Lindy, wellness begins with non-negotiable daily time for herself - one to two uninterrupted, phone-free hours. Whether it’s Pilates, a walk around the Tan, or a gym session, this time restores her balance. “I just have to have that time for myself every day. If I don’t get it, I feel unbalanced.” Her approach to movement is about presence, not performance. Pilates is her chosen ritual, and while she skips the trends (ice baths aren’t her thing), she embraces what feels good, like lymphatic compression and LED facials.
Nutrition that Nourishes
Lindy’s approach to food is much like her approach to movement - calm, intuitive, and consistent. Her mornings begin with a smoothie blended with protein powder, a habit that’s become second nature. She favours nourishment that supports her energy and lifestyle, choosing meals that are nourishing, satisfying, and easy to sustain. With a focus on high-protein foods and simple home cooking, Lindy finds balance in dishes like her signature spaghetti Bolognese - often prepared in big batches to feed her family and simplify the everyday.
Sleep: A Work in Progress
Sleep hasn’t always come easily for Lindy, and she’s honest about that. Five to six hours is the norm - and she’s still exploring ways to improve the quality of her rest. “I’ve never been a great sleeper. I get maybe five to six hours a night.” Her evening routine is both soothing and intentional, marked by a warm shower, a serene environment, and the gentle glow of a bedside candle. She’s even considering experimenting with techniques like mouth-taping.
The Energy of Intention
Lindy believes in manifesting - but not in the Pinterest board way. Her practice is subtle, embodied, and deeply intuitive. “I just say things out loud. That’s always worked for me. Every single one has come true.” Her manifesting isn’t forced or aesthetic, but instead natural and clear. It’s an energy she directs with quiet confidence.
If Lindy were to define wellness in three words, they’d be clear and intentional: time for myself. In a world that often overcomplicates self-care, her approach is a refreshing reminder that true wellbeing doesn’t require elaborate routines or the latest trends. For Lindy, it’s about carving out space, embracing calm, and returning to the simple rituals that restore. “It’s just about knowing what works for you - and making time for it,” she says.
You don’t need to follow the crowd. You don’t need to do it all. You just need to come back to yourself - gently, daily, and with purpose.
