About the Role
We're looking for a creative, commercially minded Brand Content Creator to become the content engine behind Health Lab and the sister brand Naturally Good.
This is a hands-on role responsible for bringing our brands to life through engaging, social-first content that captures attention, tells compelling stories and builds meaningful connections with consumers.
From concept through to filming, editing and delivery, you'll create content that defines how our brands show up across TikTok, Instagram, paid advertising, eCommerce and product launches. Every piece of content should feel authentic, entertaining and unmistakably on-brand.
You'll create content from concept through to filming, editing and delivery, producing social-first videos that educate, entertain and convert. We're looking for someone who understands how to create content for a brand, not just a personal social media account.
This role is perfect for someone who understands that great content doesn't just follow trends—it builds brands. You know how to create a distinctive brand world, turn products into stories and develop creative ideas that people genuinely want to watch, share and remember. While creativity comes first, you also understand how great content supports awareness, engagement and commercial growth.

Content Creation |
Own content from idea through to filming, editing and delivery. Produce a minimum of 10 high-quality content pieces per week that can be used across TikTok, Instagram, Meta Ads, our website and other digital marketing channels. |

Bring fresh ideas every week, identify trends worth leveraging and build repeatable content formats that perform organically and in paid campaigns |

Performance & Optimisation |
Review content performance, identify winning creative, share insights with the marketing team and continually improve content output |
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience creating content in-house for a consumer or beauty brand (essential).
- Has not just grown a personal TikTok account, but understands how to create content that builds brands and drives sales
- Is confident filming and appearing on camera where appropriate
- Can independently generate creative ideas without relying on founders or other team members to regularly appear in content
- Has excellent filming and editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar
- Has a strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and paid social creative
- Understands how content supports eCommerce and conversion—not just views and engagement
- Is organised, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Has a professional personal social media presence that aligns with Health Lab's values

We're looking for someone who loves creating content and can independently generate ideas, film, edit, publish and continually test what performs. You'll be proactive, creative, commercially minded and comfortable creating content in real-world environments
Success in this Role
- Deliver a minimum of 10 high-quality content pieces each week
- Consistently create content that can be repurposed across organic social, paid advertising and digital marketing.
- Increase engagement across TikTok and Instagram.
- Build a library of high-performing creative assets that drive website traffic and eCommerce sales.
- Bring fresh ideas, test new concepts and continuously improve content performance.
