2. Eligibility

Entry is open to ONLY residents of Victoria, Australia aged 18 years or over.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter and Nimbus Co are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens at 09:00AM on 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59PM on 31 October 2026 (“Competition Period”).

Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must complete and submit the competition entry form on the Health Lab website during the Competition Period, including their first name and a valid email address.

By submitting the entry form, entrants also agree to receive email marketing communications from Health Lab, including news, product updates, promotions and offers.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Limit of one entry per person.

5. Prize

There are five (5) prizes available.

Each winner will receive one (1) Infrared Sauna + Ice Bath Session at Nimbus Co Fitzroy (Valued at $70 each).

The prize is subject to Nimbus Co's applicable booking conditions and availability.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Any costs associated with travelling to and from Nimbus Co Fitzroy or otherwise redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in accordance with applicable law.

6. Winner Selection

Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

The draw will take place in November at Health Lab Offices.

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified in writing via the email address provided with their entry.

Winners do not need to be present at the draw.

If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, does not claim their prize within the specified timeframe, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

8. Claiming the Prize

Winners must respond to the winner notification within 7 days and provide any information reasonably required by the Promoter to verify their eligibility and arrange their prize.

The prize will be provided within the timeframe required under applicable law.

9. Privacy & Email Marketing

By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive email marketing communications from Health Lab, including news, product updates, promotions and offers.

Entrants may unsubscribe from Health Lab's marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in Health Lab marketing emails. Unsubscribing from marketing communications after entering the competition will invalidate an otherwise valid competition entry.

Personal information collected in connection with the competition will be used to administer the competition, verify entries, contact winners and send Health Lab marketing communications.

Personal information will be collected, used and stored in accordance with Health Lab's Privacy Policy.

Entrants' personal information will not be provided to Nimbus Co for its own marketing purposes unless the entrant has separately consented to this.

10. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who submits an incomplete, fraudulent or misleading entry, provides false information, tampers with the entry process or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or not received due to technical issues outside the Promoter's reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using a prize, except for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Nimbus Co

Nimbus Co is the prize partner for this promotion.

Use of the prize is subject to Nimbus Co's applicable booking, venue and participation conditions.

This promotion is administered by Health Lab.
