Nothing ruins your day quite like getting to the supermarket and realising after fondling all their avocados that they're all hard as rocks. Luckily, we have a super easy hack that will have you in possession of a perfectly squishy avo in no time at all.

1. Wrap your avo in aluminium foil

2. Place in the oven on 100C for 10 mins

3. Take out and assess squishyness

4. If happy, place in the fridge to cool and then voila! Avo toast here you come.

Depending on how hard your avo was to begin with it may take a little longer so put back in the oven and check every 5-10 mins. For seriously rocky avos, it could take up to and hour. If it needs any longer than that then maybe it is a rock babe. Double check.
