The new Protein Blend range is designed to keep healthy snacking super convenient for busy babes. Instead of having to load up on protein powder and various super foods, we have done all of that for you. So you simply have to blend and enjoy the benefits.

1. Mood lifter smoothie

Filled with mood boosting super foods to give you an instant mood & energy lift that lasts hours! Perfect for a quick breakfast or for a snack any time of the day.

  • 1-2 TBS of the Game Changer Blend (contains raw cacao, B Vitamins & Green Tea Extract)
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 raw egg (makes the smoothie extra fluffy) 
  • 200ml's of milk of your choice

Simply blend all of the ingredients for 30 seconds and enjoy. Add ice to make extra refreshing. 

2. Sugar cravings buster

Sugar cravings can be prevented by a diet rich in protein and regular snacking to prevent a drop in blood sugar levels. Many women experience heightened cravings when fatigued or under high stress.

  • 1-2 TBS of the F@#K Ordinary Blend (contains protein, coconut, cinnamon and magnesium)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 200ml's of milk of or coconut water 
    Simply blend all of the ingredients for 30 seconds and enjoy. Add ice to make extra refreshing.
    3. Pre or post gym snack

    Having a Protein blend before a workout helps boost your energy levels, ensuring you can work hard throughout your workout. You should always consume a protein rich snack within 30 minutes of exercise to help your body replenish and recover. So we recommend enjoying half of this baby before you exercise and the other half after:

    • 1-2 TBS of the F@#K Ordinary Blend (contains protein, coconut, cinnamon and magnesium)
    • 1 cup of yogurt of your choice
    • Sprinkle of goji berries or fresh berries and/or crushed nuts

     Simply mix the Protein Blend through the yogurt and top with your choice of topping!
