Yep, it's already that time of year again when the Mid-Year reviews are scheduled and you realise it's practically December already. But unfortunately, often it is only our professional life that gets reviewed. This is an amazing opportunity to have a mid-year review of your personal life and ensure you get the most out of the remaining year! As it is easy to get distracted, so you want to ensure you are sailing right on course in all areas of your life, not just your career.

1. Visualise what a 'successful' looks like to you. Visualisation is an extremely powerful tool for becoming clear on what you want to achieve.

2. Ask about the “how.” It’s often not enough to visualise success. You may also need to visualise the 'how' and put in place the specific steps required to achieve your goals. What do you want to specifically achieve to have an incredibly successful next six months?

3. Put it in writing. Research proves that you are much more likely to achieve written goals. Plus it will also allow you to reflect back on your goals set at the end of the year.

4. Don't make your goals easy and vague. It is easy to live life in your comfort zone. It is important to look ahead and set challenging goals that keep you stimulated and have real rewards worth achieving.

What a wise woman,
