Blending for busy babes

All of our products are designed with you busy babes in mind! We like to keep things simple.

Firstly, each of our blends combines the power of protein with specific super foods. So it saves you time stocking up on different supplements - but a powerful hit of nourishment in each serve.

Secondly, it literally takes 30 seconds to blend. Simply add 1 to 2 TBS of the Protein Blend with 200mls of Milk (any milk of your choice). 

We recommend you get one of the mini blenders, so you can zap and run.

If you happen to have extra time, there is no harm throwing in a raw egg (seriously makes the smoothie amazing) some banana or berries!

For maximum results and benefits, it's important to have protein 5-6 times a day (rather than in one sitting). So the Protein Blends are the perfect snack, pre-post workout buddy or breakfast option.
